Spring has not yet sprung

Campaign tactics have been under discussion this week.. Talk has centred on postcards, stunts, and lobbying.. Its all part of planning ahead for when Ofcom announces the first phase of consultation in its PSB review. This is scheduled for the 'Spring' and we wait with bated breath for the publication date which will mark the official transition to this next season.
