Appeal shocker

So BSkyB has decided to appeal against the ruling made over their ownership of a chunk of ITV. Will anyone be remotely suprised by this? I think not. The Competition Appeal Tribunal or CAT will have the pleasure of hearing this one. The question is does the cat have claws or will get into a flap...(sorry...)
